Self Marketing Advantage (SMA) coaches you on how to use your voice and word choice to have a successful phone conversation and sound polished, professional and comfortable. The prerequisite for this program is RESUME COACHING.

PHONE INTERVIEW COACHING consists of three sessions.

Session #1
This 60-minute session includes:

• information on the interview process and what to expect


• coaching on how to prepare for the phone interview including research, difficult interview questions, etc.


• instruction on how to leave a positive impression with the interviewer while only using your voice

Session #2
This 60-minute consultation consists of:

• a simulated phone interview


• review of the phone interview, providing coaching and constructive feedback

Session #3
You can take advantage of this 10-minute coaching consultation over the phone at any point in your job-seeking process.

All sessions can be conducted via phone and you will receive a recorded version of the simulated phone interview.

Additional Sessions
Individual sessions for Phone Interview Coaching may not be purchased separately, however additional coaching time may be purchased.
